Delete Your RaceNode Account
This page explains how to delete your RaceNode account (app published by WBLT Engineering), what data is deleted, what data is retained, and how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete Your Account in the App
Account deletion is self-service and takes effect immediately:
- Sign in to the RaceNode app
- Open Profile
- Select Delete account
- Confirm the deletion
Note: If you are the owner of an organization, you must first transfer ownership to another member (or delete the organization) before you can delete your account.
What Is Deleted
The following personal data is permanently erased when you delete your account:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Postal address
- Emergency contact
- Profile photo
- Personal preferences and settings
- Personal schedule
- Login credentials
What Is Retained
- First and last name on organization event history: Your first and last name remain attached to the event records of the organizations you were a member of. This retention is based on the legitimate interest of those organizations in maintaining accurate team and event records (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Billing records: Retained for 10 years, as required by French law.
To request the complete removal of your first and last name from organization event histories, contact us by email (see below). These requests are processed manually.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have access to the app, or wish to request complete erasure of your name, contact us:

Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days.
